May is literally right around the corner – and I don’t know about you… but 2016 is FLYING by at mighty speeds. How has your year been thus far?? How do you foresee the rest of the year going?
My hope is that you’re ready to dive in – with drive and determination – and tap into how much MORE awesome your year can be in the upcoming months. Even if it hasn’t been the most pleasant of beginnings, YOU have control over your life and you still can make this year one for the books.

We are all determined to see results, right? But how “determined” is determined? What does that mean to you? Does it mean you go ALL-IN and decide to eat clean… and 3 days later it was too much to stick to? Does it mean you COMMIT to that fitness program and within a couple weeks you drop off the radar with it?
Listen, we all struggle – with motivation, with food choices, with workout success. I’m here today to share with you HOW I managed to make some changes that I set out to make. And hopefully help you in the process.
Over the last year, I slowly gained a little weight – about 5 lbs. Not really sure how.
