30 Day Weight Loss – Virtually
September was a crazy-awesome month for these women!!! I have to brag about them because they simply decided to dig in, focus & commit to getting results they were looking for… and results they got. Weight loss isn’t everything, but when it’s your goal… it sure is up there!
They make me proud. They give us all hope. They are inspirational. They are so supportive of each other!!! And lastly… they’re not DONE! They still have goals they’re reaching for this month (and all future months!!) and I’m so flattered they have let me be a part of their journey.
Life is meant to be AWESOME. Sometimes all you need is a change to be more consistently on that awesome track you’re meant to be on.
