Fitness Contest (Starts Tomorrow) + Series 4.0 & Series 6.0 Updates!
Hey there, friend! While I have a lot of 'small talk' I could whip out for you on this lovely fall afternoon... I'm just going to dive right into the updates & news I need to send your way today >>>
The #FearNoMore October Fitness Contest begins TOMORROW, which means tonight is your
deadline to get all signed up & partake in this 2-week challenge of awesomeness (9pm EST this evening is your sign-up deadline). Some highlights of this month include:
** LIVE Q&A session on Monday, 10/15 -- where I answer any & all of your health / fitness / nutrition-related questions so you can be fully prepared to focus on YOU for the duration of this challenge. Sometimes we join challenges / contests and have a lot of questions we want to ask to make the most of it... welp, this is exactly why I'm doing this! :)
** Two LIVE workouts - one each week - to help you push a little harder, dig a little deeper, and challenge yourself a little more to keep on track to your goals (and your mind fresh in the process). ** Varied, structured weekly workout schedule to follow. All you need is 15 minutes, determination, and a can-do attitude. ** Support, accountability & motivation from your fellow challengers & myself. ** PRIZES up for grabs! And good ones at that (gift cards, oh my). ** Optional meal plans to help guide you to proper, balanced nutrition that makes a true difference in your results.
SERIES 4.0 is *now available* on my website (as well as still through Amazon Video). If you don't
have access to Amazon Video, or don't have Prime, these videos have been added to my website to make it easier for you to get your hands on them & workout with me! :) Series 1.0 - 4.0 and Yoga 1.0 have been made previously available on my website... & Series 5.0 will be available soon! SERIES 6.0 is well on the way to launching on Amazon! These workouts will include WEIGHTS, which is awesome to give you further variety & challenge. This Series will also consist of 6 workouts each week, instead of 5 workouts in each of the previous Series. Get ready for this fun, guys!!! My goal is for this Series to release prior to Thanksgiving. Stay tuned...!
