Workout Series 16.0 (at-home no equipment 15-minute workout program)

This at home no equipment workout program is designed to challenge you in new & different ways - in just 15-minutes each day (of course).

So get ready... get set... because the structure of this program and the workouts within are completely different than any we have done together before.

This NO EQUIPMENT program uses just your body weight and provides strategic formatting to increase strength & endurance - helping you to become more confident, energized and stay on track to your fitness goals.

This program is appropriate for all fitness levels - at any point in your fitness journey. Whether you have done my 15-minute workouts on Amazon Video previously or you're just finding my workouts, you can jump in with 16.0 and feel confident that I will guide and instruct you appropriately to your goals.

THE SCHEDULE.

With each of my programs comes a weekly workout schedule. The schedule is important and it's there for [many] reasons. The first being that I designed the program in a strategic way, with the workouts complementing one another as you conquer them throughout the week. The second reason is to make sure you are armed & dangerous with a PLAN. And that plan... is one I have created for you so you don't have to think about what workout to do today. I have done that for you to make your life easier.

Below, you'll find more info on each of workouts in WORKOUT SERIES 16.0. I am so excited to share this new program with you and can't wait for you to dive in!

WORKOUT SERIES 16.0 NO EQUIPMENT WORKOUTS COVER

DAY 1: Full Body Burner

This full body workout not only trains you to get stronger - but to increase your endurance as well. Hit play & burn out every major muscle group to kickoff this program with a bang.

DAY 2: HIIT Upper Body Focus

This HIIT workout focuses on the upper half -- strength, endurance & heart-rate-raising cardio to make for an effective (and fun) workout that flies by.

DAY 3: HIIT Lower Body Focus

Similar in format to yesterday's HIIT upper body workout, this workout begins with a focus on strength... and shifts to a fun & effective HIIT circuit to further challenge your muscular strength and endurance.

DAY 4: Core Challenge

This core challenge combines effective exercises that really target the deep muscles within your core to improve strength, power in your other workouts — and essential core strength to power through life’s demands. The structure of this core workout is different than any other core challenge we have done together… and I know you’re going to love it.

DAY 5: Full Body Endurance

This full body workout is a fantastic challenge to your entire body’s endurance. You will push to move quickly as you knock out each exercise with proper form.

DAY 6: Full Body Iso Strength

Strength comes with repetition. Strength improves over time. And strength is accelerated with the integration of isometric holds. This final workout of the week will leave your muscles exhausted… and your mind feeling proud and excited to keep improving in this challenging full body workout.

I always provide a 30-minute schedule so that you can safely & effectively follow any program... slaying 30-minutes per day if you choose!
